Union Consumer Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi planted a tree at the Bhagat Singh Park at Poojappura on Sunday in memory of Bharatiya Jana Sangh’s founding president Syama Prasad Mookerjee. Mookerjee’s death anniversary was on June 23. BJP State president Rajeev Chandrasekhar, BJP national executive committee member P.K. Krishnadas and the party’s district leaders were present.
