Khata rules notified – The Hindu

The State government has notified the recent Cabinet decision on providing A Khata to B khata plots in Bengaluru civic limits, which adhere to six norms. The order was issued on Friday.

Apartment complexes that have already come up, but do not adhere to these norms will continue to have B Khatas. However, plots, which do not adhere to these norms, will be given A Khatas, with a mention of violation of building bylaws.
