After making the allegation about the cash-for-house scam, Aland MLA and Deputy Chairman of the Karnataka State Policy and Planning Commission B.R. Patil on Wednesday met Chief Minister Siddaramaiah at the latter’s residence and reportedly provided an explanation on the alleged scam.
Earlier, Mr. Patil met Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar and held discussions on the charges he made against Housing Minister B.Z. Zameer Ahmed Khan.
A leaked audio clip of Mr. Patil’s telephone conversation with Sarfaraz Khan, a close aide of the Housing Minister, has left the government red-faced.
