Forest, Police officials told to close tourist destinations in Maredumilli, Rampachodavaram

Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA-Rampachodavaram) Project Officer Katta Simhachalam has directed the Police and Forest department officials to close all the tourist places, including waterfalls and Gudisa grassland, in Maredumilli Agency in Alluri Sitarama Raju district. 

“We appeal the visitors from Telangana State not to plan the visit to the tourist places in the wake of rains and heavy inflow in the streams,” Mr. Simhachalam has said in a statement here. The police have been directed to erect boards warning of the closure of the tourist places until further orders.
