The Enforcement Directorate has attached assets worth ₹588.57 crore in connection with the alleged bank fraud case involving Amtek Auto Limited and others, said the agency on Saturday (July 12, 2025).

Among the entities purportedly linked to the case are ARG Limited, ACIL Limited, Metalyst Forging Limited, and Castex Technologies Limited, along with promoter Arvind Dham and others.

“The attachment comprises immovable properties, including 28 acres of land located in Hundewala, Ratuali, and Kansapur at Yamuna Nagar and 67.5 acres of land at Kot and Khangesara villages of Panchkula, Haryana, along with other properties situated in the Delhi/National Capital Region,” it said.

Fixed deposits amounting to ₹8.70 crore, as well as shares with a total valuation of ₹14.60 crore have also been attached.

“…the attachment includes assets linked to suspicious transactions involving Realtech Construction, a company owned by Pankaj Dayal. These transactions pertain to third-party assets such as Pitti Engineering Ltd. shares, other demat balances equivalent to the value of the Proceeds of Crime originating from the real estate verticals of the Amtek Group, including assets directly associated with an Amtek company,” said the ED.

This action follows previous provisional attachments of ₹5,115.31 crore on September 5, 2024; and ₹557.49 crore on March 26, 2025, with the first attachment having been confirmed by the adjudicating authority. The total attachment now stands at ₹6,261.37 crore.

The ED had earlier conducted searches at over 40 locations, leading to the arrest of Arvind Dham, and filed a prosecution complaint on September 6, 2024.

ED initiated the investigation based on Supreme Court’s directions on February 27, 2024, while hearing a Public Interest Litigation against Amtek Auto group of companies, and an FIR registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
